For Orchard Use;

1. On delivery of your pollen order, unpack the product:
2. Store at -12°C , the temperature of a domestic freezer
3. Store in an air-tight food grade plastic container
4. Low humidity is preferable

At pollination time:

1. Thaw pollen slowly overnight in a domestic refrigerator (4-6°C) for a maximum of 24 hours
2. Let temperature rise to between 10°C and 20°C one hour before use.
3. Do not thaw pollen in direct sunlight
