Kiwi Pollen’s Reece Unwin Selected for STAMP Programme

We’re pleased to share that our Commercial Manager, Reece Unwin, has been accepted into the Strategic Thinking in Agrifood Management Programme (STAMP) – a three-year professional development initiative focused on enhancing strategic thinking in New Zealand’s food sector.

Led by FoodHQ, with academic support from Massey University, STAMP unites professionals from across New Zealand’s agri-food sector to explore real-world case studies, tackle sector-wide challenges, and forge cross-industry connections. With three workshops per year, the programme is designed to strengthen leadership capability and support long-term growth within the sector.

Reece says the opportunity is both timely and exciting:

“I’m excited to get started and anticipate the programme will be both challenging and rewarding. I look forward to deepening my understanding of New Zealand’s food industry and gaining valuable industry experience.

Participating in STAMP will be a significant step in my career, providing me with a broader perspective on the industry, exposure to key challenges and opportunities, and connections with industry leaders.”

Reece’s participation in STAMP highlights Kiwi Pollen’s dedication to innovation and leadership within the food and fibre sector. Kiwi Pollen is committed to empowering our people, embracing new ideas, and pursuing opportunities that enhance our impact and contribute to a thriving, future-focused industry.
